Application Due Dates

Facility Use Applications for one–time and/or short-term use are due to the school Principal thirty (30) business days prior to the event and due to Community Schools’ office twenty (20) business days prior to the event.

Facility Use Applications for Winter Season Gym use are due to the school Principal September 15, 2009 and due to Community Schools’ office October 1, 2009.

Facility Use Applications for Summer Camps are due to the school Principal October 1, 2009 and due to Community Schools’ office October 15, 2009.

Facility Use Applications for next year’s Early Arrival/After School Programs are due to the School Principal November 1, 2009 and due to Community Schools’ office November 15, 2009.

Facility Use Applications for next year’s Seasonal Fall and Spring Field Use are due to the school Principal February 1, 2010 and due to Community Schools’ office February 15, 2010.
